Air-fuel and oxygen-fuel burners are supplied by Rapidflame Limited for many metal heating applications.
Complete combustion systems can be supplied for metal melting, heat treatment and surface treatment applications. Advanced rapid heating technology using direct flame impingement oxygen-gas burners can provide heating rates in strips, slabs and bars of above 220°C per minute to compete with induction heating systems. General heating and preheating applications in foundries and injection moulding are covered by our wide product range of standard burners and controls. Rapidflame machine burners are used in localised heating for metal joining using any fuel gas including acetylene and hydrogen with gas fluxing systems and ignition and flame safeguard equipment.
