Working with our customer as a development partner,we are able to design special application burners. Accurate flame control is achieved with a range of flow control and mixing systems utilising thermal mass flow, high pressure critical flow and low pressure venturi- based systems. Traceable machine settings are now possible using numerical readout precision needle valves and feedback control. Systems can be supplied as individual components or as complete packages with electrical control panels and gas compressors. Rapidflame burners are used safely with any fuel gas, with compressed air and oxygen. Burner flames are often used as a tool for glass forming, localised melting or surface polishing. Single port, multiple port, pre-mix or surface mix burners can be custom designed for any glass production application.
